Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SEO Ready Websites website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

SEO Ready Websites provides website development services for home service contractors, including:

  • Development and hosting of geo-targeted websites
  • Search engine optimization for local HVAC searches
  • Exclusive service area-based lead delivery
  • Satellite website networks
  • Ongoing website maintenance and optimization

Service Area Exclusivity

When you subscribe to a service area, you receive exclusive rights to leads generated within that geographic area for the duration of your active subscription. Exclusivity is maintained as long as your account is in good standing and payments are current.

Payment Terms - All Services Are Prepaid

All payments are required in advance. We operate on a 100% prepaid model for the following reasons:

  • Immediate Resource Allocation: The moment you sign up, we begin dedicating development resources, server infrastructure, and SEO efforts to your service area. Prepayment ensures we can commit fully from day one.
  • Serious Contractors Only: Prepayment ensures we work with committed business owners who are serious about growing their home service business, not tire-kickers.
  • Upfront Investment: We invest significant time and resources building your hand-coded website network before you receive your first lead. Your prepayment covers this upfront work.
  • No Billing Disputes: Prepayment eliminates collection issues and allows us to focus 100% on generating leads for you, not chasing invoices.
  • Guaranteed Commitment: When both parties have skin in the game from the start, everyone is aligned toward success.

Payment Schedule

  • Setup Fee ($850): Due in full before any work begins on your service area
  • Weekly Fee: Prepaid one-time in advance. Your first week is due before your sites go live.
  • Renewal: Weekly fees are due at the start of each service week
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (ACH), Zelle, and wire transfers
  • Failed Payments: Services may be paused if prepayment is not received. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Subscription Terms

  • Prepaid Weekly: All services operate on a prepaid one-time basis
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with notice. No refunds for prepaid periods already in progress.
  • Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable, except as provided under our 90-Day Lead Guarantee (see below). Weekly fees are non-refundable once the service week begins, as resources have already been allocated.

Tracking Numbers & Call Recording

We assign a dedicated tracking phone number to your service area websites. This number forwards directly to your business phone line. All calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. By using our services, you consent to this call recording and agree to inform callers of recording where required by law.

Licensing Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to be properly licensed in your state if your state requires a contractor's license for contractors work. We do not verify licensing status. Before applying, you must ensure you hold all necessary licenses, certifications, permits, and insurance required to legally operate an home service business in your service area. We are not liable for any issues arising from your failure to maintain proper licensing.

Your Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and contact information
  • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance for home services in your state
  • Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Not resell, transfer, or sublicense your service area rights
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Inform callers of call recording where required by applicable law

Intellectual Property

All websites, content, designs, and materials created as part of our services remain the property of SEO Ready Websites. You receive a license to use these materials for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, this license terminates.

Path to Ownership - No Guarantee

SEO Ready Websites may, from time to time, offer select long-term partners the opportunity to purchase their service area's website network outright. This is not a guaranteed offering. Important clarifications:

  • Not a Right: There is no contractual right to purchase your service area's websites. Any such opportunity is offered entirely at our discretion.
  • Not Promised: Marketing materials mentioning "path to ownership" or similar language describe a possibility, not a commitment. No such offer is implied or promised by entering into a service agreement.
  • Evaluation Criteria: If and when we consider offering ownership opportunities, we evaluate factors including but not limited to: length of partnership (typically 12+ months), payment history, quality of service provided to customers, complaint history, and our business needs.
  • No Reliance: You should not enter into a service agreement with us based on any expectation of future ownership. Our service is a website development rental - any potential ownership opportunity is separate and not guaranteed.
  • Terms of Purchase: If an ownership opportunity is offered, the terms, pricing, and conditions will be negotiated separately and are not defined by this agreement.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of ownership and that any such opportunity would be a separate, discretionary offer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Ready Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 weeks preceding the claim.

No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies to generate leads, we cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue results. contractor markets vary by location, season, and competition. Results will vary. However, we stand behind our service with our 90-Day Lead Guarantee as described below.

90-Day Lead Guarantee

SEO takes time to deliver results. We are confident in our system, which is why we offer a setup fee refund guarantee:

  • Eligibility: You must remain an active subscriber in good standing for a minimum of 90 consecutive days from your site launch date.
  • Qualification: If, after 90 days, your service area has not received leads meeting your plan's stated monthly lead targets, you are eligible for a full refund of your setup fee ($850).
  • Requesting Refund: To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within 14 days after your 90-day period ends with your account details. We will verify lead delivery records and process eligible refunds within 30 business days.
  • Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply if your account was suspended for non-payment, if you canceled before 90 days, or if you failed to maintain accurate contact information that prevented lead delivery.
  • Weekly Fees: This guarantee applies only to the setup fee. Weekly service fees are non-refundable regardless of lead volume.

This guarantee demonstrates our commitment to delivering real results. We invest heavily upfront in building your service area because we believe in our system.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO Ready Websites from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Conduct that harms our business or reputation

Right to Refuse Service - Consumer Protection

This is not a binding contract. Our relationship operates on a week-to-week basis, and either party may end the relationship at any time.

We reserve the right to discontinue service with any contractor if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the contractor's quality of service does not meet acceptable standards. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeated customer complaints about workmanship or service quality
  • Unprofessional conduct or poor work ethic
  • Failure to respond to leads in a timely manner
  • Overcharging customers or engaging in deceptive pricing practices
  • Failure to maintain proper licensing, insurance, or certifications
  • Any conduct that reflects poorly on our brand or harms consumers

If we choose to terminate service:

  • If you have already prepaid for the current week, we may, at our discretion, either allow you to complete the remainder of that prepaid week or provide a prorated refund for unused days.
  • We may terminate service immediately to protect consumers if the situation warrants urgent action.
  • Our priority is protecting the homeowners who contact our network. We will not continue to send leads to contractors who do not provide quality service.

This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our network and protect consumers. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
